Making Your Child’s First Appointment Easy & Effortless
When you visit Dr. Sedighi, D.M.D., Pediatric Dentistry, you’ll get to interact with our caring and passionate team of dental professionals. From filing paperwork to providing dental treatments, each of our staff members wants to make your child’s appointments smooth-running and efficient. To help with this process, we’ve included a little information about how you can prepare for your child’s first visit with us.
Your Child’s First Visit
When you first walk into our dental office, you’ll be greeted by one of our front desk staff. If you’ve already filled out the new patient forms online, we’ll process those immediately and take you and your child back to a treatment room. Throughout your children’s appointment, our team will help them feel comfortable and at-ease. We’re also more than happy to answer parents’ questions and keep them informed about the best ways to take care of their child’s oral health.
Personalized Coloring Books
Your child will love having their own personalized coloring book from the dentist. They can use it for years to come or you can preserve it in their scrapbook or baby book. It is fun and easy to use! Download a coloring book for your child below!
New Patient Forms
With your child in hand, it can be difficult to fill out any necessary paperwork at the dental office. That’s why we’ve included an online form that you can fill out beforehand to make your first visit to our dental office as hassle-free as possible. If you have any problems accessing these forms or need help filling them out, don’t hesitate to contact our dental office!
Appointments & Payments
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 2 working days notice.
There is a $75.00 charge for each no show, missed appointment, same day cancellation or less than 2 working days notice cancellation. Please help us to avoid this for you.
Payment is expected after each treatment, unless other arrangements have been made prior to your appointment.
Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card.
Patient's parents are responsible for the estimated co-payments, deductible or actual bill that your dental insurance carrier does not cover after each treatment.
In order to continue to provide high-quality dental care for your children, we are forced to keep our billing expenses down. There will be a monthly service/finance charge of 1.5% on a balance 60 days or older. Please make sure that your balance is paid in full within 60 days from the date that the treatment is rendered.
Tooth Fairy Letter
Has your child lost one of their baby teeth? This is an exciting time for them because it may finally be a chance for them to catch a glimpse of the Tooth Fairy! You can create a fun and mysterious story by printing out our fillable letter from the Tooth Fairy that we’ve attached below and putting it under their pillow or on their nightstand.
